Do you have experience in industry, production, or manufacturing and want to start 2026 with new job opportunities?

We are looking for CNC operators, welders & mechanics for future needs with our clients in Linköping, Motala, Mjölby, and nearby municipalities.

What the Role Involves

The Nordic Staffing Group works proactively to match the right skills for upcoming needs with our clients and is seeking the following competencies:

• CNC operators with previous work experience in turning/milling or multi-operation machines.
• Welders with good knowledge of welding methods TIG, MIG/MAG, or MMA.
• Mechanics with knowledge in maintenance/service and repair who enjoy working with their hands.

Working hours vary depending on assignments, including daytime, evening, and shift work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education at least at the high school level in industrial technology or equivalent.
• Several years of documented work experience in relevant fields such as CNC operator/Welder/Mechanic/Service Technician.
• Good knowledge in reading technical drawings and experience working from specifications.
• Enjoys working in an industrial/workshop environment.
• Is flexible as assignments may involve varying working hours and shift work.
• Has a valid driver's license, preferably with access to a car.
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Forklift & Crane licenses
• Welding certificates/welding tests

As a person, we want you to be responsible, social, communicative, flexible, positive, organized, and have good collaboration skills as the work takes place at our clients' locations.
